Domaine Philippe Naddef, Fixin

Domaine Philippe Naddef, Fixin

Domaine Philippe Naddef is based in the village of Fixin, just south of Gevrey Chambertin and today has over six hectares across fourteen appellations. Philippe originally inherited two and half hectares of Gevrey Chambertin vines from his grandfather in 1983 after starting his career working at Domaine de Vogüé in Chambolle Musigny. His son Michel has been in charge of the winemaking since 2014 and the wines have moved up a level. No herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used and harvesting is always done by hand. Vineyard holdings include Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Les Cazetiers and Mazis Chambertin. Michel also makes a little negoce wine under his “2d1f” label.
